Our exclusive rewards program is where you can earn points and gain access to special awards and discounts. Find the perfect items for your yard or outdoor living spaces at discounted rates by redeeming rewards.


How Does It Work?


  1. Register a customer account with us. (current account holders will automatically be signed up).

  2. Log in to your account to find different ways to earn points, such as sharing a referral link, following us on social and more. For example, for every $1 you spend, you'll get 4 points. Points from purchases will be added automatically.

  3. Your points balance, along with our $5, $10, $20, $40 and $50 reward vouchers will display in the Rewards window, accessible from the bottom left of every page on our website.

  4. When you’ve unlocked a voucher and you're ready to put it towards your order, select the Rewards button.

  5. Next, select Ways to redeem to reveal the vouchers you've unlocked. Select View next to the voucher, then select Redeem.

  6. You'll get a coupon code that can be pasted into our checkout promotional code box. Enjoy!

Rewards FAQ

  1. How do I view my point balance?
    Your point balance is viewable after you sign in and click the Rewards button. The Rewards button is located on the bottom left of each page on our website.
  2. Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?
    No. You may go ahead and earn as many as you can!
  3. I completed an activity but didn't earn points!
    It can sometimes take a few minutes for us to process your activity and provide your points.
  4. How do I leave the program?
    If you no longer wish to earn points, please contact us and ask to be unenrolled. We'll unenroll you and you will lose any points you have accrued.
  5. What happens if I leave and decide to join again?
    Just contact us and we'll re-enroll you. However, your point total will begin from zero.
  6. Where can I report a problem or give feedback?
    Please use our contact form to submit feedback.
  7. What happens if I return an item that I used loyalty points to purchase?
    If one item is purchased with loyalty points, the points will be refunded to your account along with any funds, if necessary. If multiple items are purchased, the loyalty points will be spread evenly throughout the order and the correlating points will be refunded according to what item/items were returned.
