Unique Landscapes
One of the things that I really enjoy doing is looking at the creative work of others. Some people have amazing talent when it comes to designing and installing landscapes and the areas around them. There are unbelievable water gardens, awesome patios and outdoor kitchens, public parks, business grounds, fun play areas and places to just relax and get away from it all!
Just the other day as I was learning more about irrigation parts on the Hunter Industries site, I saw something that I hadn't seen before. It was a a train line through Paris with lawn throughout the rail lines. It was pretty cool! What a great idea! Much nicer than the usual pavement or gravel that most railways have. What is unique about your yard? In my yard I don't have anything truly unique yet, but I do have a patio that I have dug down so that I could use the rocks I used for retaining the edges as seats also. Now I have an extra 15-20 seats for when guests come over. We have a lot of fun in this area! Roasting hot dogs and marshmallows over the fire, eating dinner, and just having fun with our guests. An excellent gathering place! Things such as these make going into a landscape very inviting! Take some time to think about what you can do that is unique in your yard.
